- Yesterday Was Mother's Day -- And REALLY LOVELY
Started the day with:
- writing debrief.htm described above [using Notepad for writing the html file]. See
dec2022.htm to see the process.
- editing pictures for Liz's Mother's Day Necklace [using Wintows Explorer to find images & Painter to edit the jpg files].
- having wonderful leftovers for breakfast -- hot & sour soup and crab cakes
- vacuumed up flies!!!
- sending and receiving Mother's Day text messages
- talking to both Nick and Tony on phone
- making Liz's necklace to go with the locket, and,
- spilling the almost complete necklace before I could crimp the 2nd end, so,
- building it in silver & gold & blue instead of just silver
- watching on AllArts tv a "April in Paris" style ballet, "Pas de Deux" created by Gene Kelly.
A company of dancers, multiple CHARACTERS and costume changes and EXCELLENT projections on a cyc made of two perpendicular walls
(ocean, stary night, building courtyard, empty stage).
- buying clay to play this summer and a clay dinosaur project for Nicholas
- emailing pictures of the day to friends and family
- receiving Karolina's first communion pix
- talking to Marianne and Elaine
- riding w/Nick and hearing him play the "Edmond Fitzgerald" and after listening to it on the USB hearing him tell the story.
- telling him of the "new" history involving Moses
the bull idol worshiped by the Isrealites when Moses came down from the mountain was the Egyptian bull shaped god Hathor?
Moses's staff was found in the snake temple in Petra, which is believed to be dedicated to Moses.
It has hyrogliphics on it and is now in a minor museium in England.
The tomb of the Egyptian Thutmoses is empty perhaps because Thutmoses is a name for Moses, so he is not buried there.
- AND being with Michael and his family
